Gujarati School

GHU Gujarati School is in full swing. This year we have 35 children registered and room for more. Three pupils will enter for GCSE examinations and they are working hard with support from Chetnaben. Classes are open to all children aged six and above irrespective of their culture or religious background. We continue to look for teachers or helpers for Gujarati School. Please let Ashwin Soni know if you can support on paid or voluntary basis.

Universal Concept Mental Arithmetic System (UCMAS)

UCMAS classes are also in full swing and we have fourteen children attending on Saturdays between 12.00 noon to 2 p.m. UCMAS helps to develop children in their mental capacity skills using the ancient Chinese abacus system. ELDERLY DAY CARE CENTRE

GHU Day Care Centre is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon. Our ladies and now some men have an extremely good time together. They recite Bhajans and Kirtans, help and support one another, obtain advice, carry out worthwhile activities to improve health, fitness and well being.
